If you have acquired an AI Model and encounter errors in descriptions, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If we are unable to rectify the error, we will cancel your order, and you will receive a full refund within 24 hours from the item download. Post-processing, you can access the purchased item on the Downloads page.

Instances for Refund: We initiate refunds under the following circumstances:

• The AI Model does not align with the provided description.
• The AI Model diverges too much from the accuracy described in the description
• The AI Model fails to open in native software.
• The AI Model is damaged.
• The AI Model is missing files.

Instances NOT Eligible for Refund: Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase. Accidental purchase. Post-download disinterest in the item. Requests for goodwill. The item did not meet your expectations. Important Notes:

We sell AI model files for use in AI software, not physical products. In the event of a refund, you are legally obligated to delete all copies of the purchased files. A binding document will be provided, requiring confirmation that you no longer possess the rights to use or retain any purchased files.

Dispute Resolution:

Should an agreement regarding a refund be unattainable between you and the author, you have the option to raise a dispute. AIModelPlace will conduct an investigation and make a final decision based on all available information.
